The Heraeus 93122NA is a 14 watt (14W) low pressure sodium (Na) line source lamp with a strong emission peak at 589.6 nm. Life time is rated at 500 hours. Originally made by Philips, with production eventually transferred to Heraeus Noblelight, these lamps are typically used as a source in polarimetry, including for the following instruments: PerkinElmer 141 - PerkinElmer 141MC - PerkinElmer 241 - PerkinElmer 241C - PerkinElmer 243 - PerkinElmer 341 - PerkinElmer 343. The lamps are 174 mm long, with a 30 mm diameter, a 19 mm arc gap and have an E27 screw base.
